      Revisit Process

      Current Revisit Process for PDC's

      BEFORE leaving to complete your revisit ensure you are able to create the second order below,

      1. Open the order that is in the 'Needs Attention' status and click "+ Second Scan", "Additional Scan", and "OK" twice. Return to the main screen.

      • Wait a couple of minutes, and pull down on the list of orders to refresh. Click the new 'Paused' order

      DURING the revisit,

      1. Scroll down and click "Open Plan"

      2. Slide the target until it is over the missed room in the floorplan (marked by a yellow door)

      1. Click "Scan Here", "Create New Room", and select the appropriate room name. Complete your spin as normal.

      2. Wait until you see the room populate in the floorplan

      3. If you are adding a second spin to the room, drag the virtual tripod to the location of your next spin (this is only to aid you in selecting a spot to place the tripod and will have no effect on your revisit order)

      Once you have completed this process, please submit and upload your revisit.
